  1. Schedule a meeting with Team Smith to discuss your goals and timeline, preparing your home for sale and our marketing approach.

  2. During that meeting at your home we will prepare pre-listing plans such as staging, pre-listing inspection, and professional photography and videography.

  3. Sign the appropriate documents.

  4. Complete the Real Estate Condition Report (RECR).

  5. We will schedule the pre-listing appointments.

  6. Provide Team Smith with a list of home updates, door keys, and preferred showing times.

  7. We will list your home in the MLS and on all other major real estate websites.

  8. We will coordinate showings and open houses.

  9. Receive offers, review, and accept, counter, or reject offers.

  10. Accept an offer and prepare to close!
